In my line of work (Marketing & Promotions) I often deal with the specter know as "talent." At ELM&P we help a lot of folks with a lot of things. We are currently working on a promotion/product video for a customer and he would likes to supply the "talent" for the shoot. My business also puts on a large annual Expo every year for another client and the media always have to be told who the "draws" or "talent" are and when they will be there. What makes us talent? Is it a way with people? The ability to be relaxed and gracious in front of crowds and fans? Is it the ability to organize a Expo so all the details fall into place or is it the ability to thing up a new idea or product? Is it all of these things? None of them? Make sure you are the "Talent" in your life.....
